Their sacrifices, Main purpose for this. This is dedicated to all our labours who works 24x7 in our country,to grow our country. Labours' day is celebrated more than 80 countries of all around the world. This is also known as "MAY DAY". Most companies declares a holiday on 1st May.

Labours day is started from industrialization phase. When industrial revolution took place, factories started coming up everywhere. Labours started working in factories on large quantity, they got huge amount of works. Many times they have to work more than 15 hours a day. Capitalist and factory owners takes huge amount of work from labours and this gave them very low amount of money. The bourgeoisie was exploiting the workers. That's why, they understand the utility of the International Labours Day. The main goal of international labours day is to make a balance in works quantity and save them from harrasment.

HISTORY OF LABOUR'S DAY…
The Labours Day is started from 1 may 1886. In America, a lot of works was done by Labours. They were being exploited. That's why Labours committee of America has decided that they will not work more than 8 hours and whole Labours community went for strike. During strike, a bomb was blasted in HE MARKET of Chicago. Police opened fire on the workers. So many workers were killed and more than 100 were badly injured. In 1889, International Socialist Conference declared that labours were innocent in HE MARKET i insident. In the memories of those innocent Labours they declared 1st May as International Labours Day.

International labours day was started in INDIA on 1st May 1923 in Madras. They called this as "MADRAS DAY". During that time Leader of "MAJDUR KISAN PARTY" Comrade Singaravelu Chettiar started this. All people performed in front of Madras High Court and the 1st May declared as Labours Day.

- Even today, there is no improvement in the condition of labours in many sectors. They are working in dengerous conditions. Many times workers risks their lives and work in dengerous conditions in factories.
- Exploitation of workers should be stopped. They should be used only for a certain time. All hard-work should be given to then honestly.
- They should provide facilities like free home,loan on cheap interest, good education in cheap rate,free clothes,jobs to make their life style good. Government should make new schemes to increase the level of lifestyle of Labours.
HOW TO CELEBRATE LABOURS DAY…

- Labours Day is propagated on social media,news, television show on this day।
- The country's leader announce to make new schemes to improve the condition of the workers.
- On this day all workers are given a holiday on this day they rest.

According to this law, No worker can be forced to work against his will without force. Creating any kind of pressure on the Labour, threatening or killing his life and property comes under the purview of this law.
CHILD LABOUR ABOLITION ACT, 1986…

According to the constitution of India, article 24 , No child less than 14 years of age can't work on any factory, mine etc.
MAIN PROBLEM OF LABOUR IN INDIA…
- Separate pay to male and female workers.
- Women are paid less than the men.
- Work period (8-12 hours)
- Bonded wages and child labour prevalent in INDIA.

If we will put all labour out from our life then our all works and jobs will get stuck as it is. We have to take help of Labours to make our house. We ear foods, which produced by our Labours ( pride of nation, FARMERS). If farmer will Stop producing grains, what will we eat?
We feel proud by wearing Branded clothes and shoes but these are made by Labours. Who worked very hard to make those shoes and clothes. Our life is connected with labours. It's our responsibility to make their level of living good.
